I'd guess an early 1960s Mopar hardtop wagon? Interior double for the T&C. Probably chosen so as to have an unobstructed view of the passengers: |

Mopar pillarless station wagon with no visible fins and the little bit of trim visible in thumbnail #2, it should be either 1962 Chrysler Newport Town & Country or 1962 Dodge Custom 880 station wagon, or maybe 1960 or 1961 Dodge Polara station wagon with the actors' heads neatly obscuring the tailfins. The interior upholstery with bucket front seats doesn't match any of these; probably mocked up to look more like the '66 T&C. However, the interior door panels with the diagonal element seen in thumbnail #1 and the chrome windowsills (which I'm sure were fun on sunny days) look a lot like the 1960 Polara: Link to "bid.goodingco.com" So that's my assessment. |
