I used to think this was the same car as in Island of Terror, since both movies were made by Planet Films and re-use some of the same sets, but now I know the IOT car is an Austin but I have no idea what this is. |

It is a Renown for spiders-eye headlamps (previous 1800/2000 had different larger headlights), but Renown was Sept 49 on. Plate is late 50, so "Mk1". |
