I would agree that it is rather the Balchowsky 5B "Ol' Yaller" Mk.IV (1961). http://www.tamsoldracecarsite.net/MaxBalchowsky5B.html Mk.IX: http://www.tamsoldracecarsite.net/MartinHill5OlYallerIX.html --- It seems, that "Ol' Yaller" is the correct spelling, not "Ol' Yeller" or "Old Yeller", even though quite a few references use that, too.
