Uncle Jesse's pickup is a 1973 Ford F-100. |

Later in the series, the bed is extended(to a F-150). |

Actually the F-100's were also produced in long bed form. |

Actually, In the first 5 episodes, you don't see mush if this, but it is a '68 Stepside. Then it becomes the '73-'75 model, and later in the series, it evolves into a 76-77 F-250 2wd. -- Last edit: 2008-01-08 05:24:19 |

They used all sorts of combinations of trucks even F250's (you can see 8 lug nuts and larger rear hub) short beds, long beds, F100's, F150's, all diffent years too from '73-'77. |

Yeah, they seemed to use multiple vehicles for each character's car...although I think you were supposed to think it was the same one each time. They used several years and models of Uncle Jesse's white Ford truck--ranging from the 1973-77 years. Some trucks were dirtier and more (to coin Rosco's term ![]() |

Greenlight recently put out a 1:18 scale diecast model of this. I bought one off eBay...can’t wait to get it and add it to my Dukes model cars and action figure set-up! ![]() |

I have Auto World’s General Lee & Daisy’s Plymouth Satellite...now Greenlight’s Rosco’s Plymouth Fury & Uncle Jesse’s Ford Truck. I also have Joyride’s General Lee & Rosco’s Dodge Monaco from years ago...but they’re not as good or accurate as Auto World’s and Greenlight’s models. ![]() |
