 Not a Rover Mini Cooper as seen, but something a fair bit older (bonnet badge, chrome wipers, old wing mirrors) despite side indicators. I'd go for 1970 Mini Cooper S Mk3, with Mk1 bumpers with handlebars and added side indicators
