 FIJ 4329 belongs to a Renault 5 L.

As Southern TV was based in Southampton, Hampshire.
Bit of digging confirms Hampshire Fire Brigade used these exact machines .

Also firemen look real deal so very likely Hampshire Fire Brigade Bedford TK with HCB-Angus body.
( incidentally HCB = Hampshire Car Bodies although they were supplied worlwide)

 Wider one-piece windscreen (originally for AEC Matador) used on HCB-Angus cab from 1970 and bold grille letters from 1972.
