I think bonnet V without chromed headlight surrounds was only Oct 57+ Anglia Standard. |

There’s a remarkable selection of British rubbish to be seen in this pic, apart from the Anglebox, plus someone swabbing the front step of the George, as it’s a Charrington’s pub it was probably vomit that they were clearing up. From the left and going up: Is that a Gaylook Minx without the two-tone paint job? Rover P5 MO Oxford. Taxi Jag Mk 8 Mini van Zephyr Mk2 Consul? Couple of A55s At the top: Couple of FB Victors Thames Trader tanker. Austin A40 Mk2 Bedford TK Plus a truck with a white roof panel, and a couple of cars I can’t see. I apologise for commenting about a picture with no pickups or SUVs in it, but this was before everybody thought that they were backwoodsmen. Guessing a short-door LAD cab and possibly a Dodge 300-Series rather than Leyland Comet if it has a thinner bumper. In the background looks like the Tower of London, so somewhere northeast of the Tower is likely? -- Last edit: 2022-06-04 13:02:48 |
