Maybe a McCormick-Deering like this http://www.tractorshed.com/gallery/br98_59.jpg Note the position of the air intake and the shape of the tank. I would date it at early to mid-1930s because it is on pneumatic tyres. The model 22-36 in the picture was built 1929-34. A pity we can't get a better look at it.
