Body colour wheel paint usually means basic version, but odd combination with whitewalls. Deluxe usually (or always?) had 2-tone paint and wheel trim rings. |

I think the window frames have a bright finish. Standard version would not have brightwork around the windows but be body colour? /vehicle.php?id=562637 |

The other potential hiccup is the mid-life upgrade in July 62 when 109E (1340cc) became 116E (1498cc) and Ford probably tweaked trivial trim details in their usual fashion. Can't find any mentions of window trim, but it's potentially on the table. If plate is 3395 WD, it's Warwickshire, so local to location, issued April 61 to Mar 62, last number issued in 61 was 7852. xxxx WO series never issued. |
