I'm just getting into the economy Fords in the Custom series with minimal trim and features. That white Ford has the low-cost wheel covers and could even be a Business Sedan, on which the rear seat was optional! Best pic I could find: http://www.chooseyouritem.com/classics/files/76000/76335.html This could be part of any number of vehicle fleets, including the US Government. Police departments often ordered Customs and Custom 300s with the massive Thunderbird engine. (If it were proved to be a Tudor Business Sedan, it would be quite rare among 1958 production with just 4,062 units.
