 New (1959 MY) grille but opposed wipers still. :think:
The sources claim the grille & paralell wipers were parts of 1959 MY facelift.
However, there's many 1959 samples with old wipers & new grill.

 Wait, wait... That's owner's update. 1956-1958 car with 1959 grille.
The prefacelifted & facelifted radiator cowl surrounding also differs.
