Can only say 1990+ Cooper. By late 90s most Coopers had flashier bits (4 fogs, tints etc). |

^ which suggests it's a 1993 car registered locally in 2015 - could well be a 93 from that pic, tarted up with incorrect fogs and wheels - both look non-standard add-ons. 111 L would be a Metro with a smaller engine than a Cooper's 1275, so maybe they dropped a model name in from something that might have been available in Ukraine so was in the system |

Yeah, it was filmed in Kyiv. I even wanted to visit the location to look if this Mini is somewhere around 'cause that's a rare one here |
