dsl ◊ 2023-07-25 13:33	Not sure if built in Aus - sources are confused and imprecise about early 60s builds, but seems at least 2 attempts to build Fiats: - 1957-59 BMC Enfield factory built 600 and 1100, then stopped. Very few references to this, but it's from a BMC book so should be solid - 1960+ a new arrangement to build 600 and 1100 by a new consortium. This is usually claimed start date for Aus-build Fiats, but may not have lasted long, probably mid-60s at latest, maybe only a couple of years. And no indications what else they may have added.
