 As I've pointed out in a lengthy comment yesterday, the chassis code TC1-L 813 is incorrect, it should be TC1-L-41 instead.
The reason for this is simple, 813 means almost exactly the same thing as TC1-L. Here's a rundown:

T: 1963
C: Chrysler
1: no. 1 chassis (Newport)
L: low (Newport)

8: Chrysler
1: Newport
3: 1963

Meanwhile 41 means 4-door sedan.
