Have not seen this type of roof sign before with four small red lights either side.
Guessing it is a Northumbria Police car.

If thumb is same car that is Whitby so not a real Police car.

VWT was a Leeds plate, so Whitby sighting likely to be more genuine. Both have same details for over-riders and the L-spec grey painted dogbowl hubcaps, so my guess is same car. Possible explanation for flipped stripe on the other page.

Unlikely for car to be patrolling Whitby and Newcastle 80 miles North and different Police force :)
