Very very unusual short wheelbase factory built van. Do not recall ever seeing one at the time. Saw a couple of the longer vans but even they were rare. However A Series was a disaster for Ford as they did not start ! Main seller from my evidence on streets was dropside trucks used by builders merchants and the like. IIRC the slow selling factory integral van was soon dropped and outside bodybuilders produced a parcel van version like on the Transits. -- Last edit: 2024-03-24 06:00:07 |
