Accident of French writer Francoise Sagan on 13th April 1957 near Milly la Forêt, 78- Seine et Oise at the time (91 - Essonne nowadays). By a miracle, she did not die despite rolling over in a curve at 150km/h. I don't know the YM , and if a MkI or MkII. |

Nothing definitely visible to split Mk1 or Mk2. Some Mk1s didn't have over-riders, but some did - (almost?) all Mk2s had them. The only clue I can suggest here is Mk1 rear lights - Mk2 had slight fins with ex-Minx blobs on the top corner. |

DT 75 was 1955 issue. Bonnet looks Mk1 with side portion behind rear arch reaching down to sill level; on Mk2 this was shortened, with the lower bit below the side vent fixed as part of the body side. Did she also wreck a DB4(?) (45LA75 = 1961)?? Was she the Gallic predecessor of Rowan Atkinson and his mission to wreck McLaren F1s?? |
