 ^ I added the VW now. I noticed now its driver chases after this Sherpa's driver, so I suppose it plays a role.

As for the police car, it's a Vauxhall, I guess an Omega estate like this one:

Its plate is V43 PBM which returns a Suzuki moped, as does V45 PBM (which is the plate on the one on the right above).
