 Main made me think Rootes Arrow, but thumb switched me to possibly Oxford S6.

 I can only see the Rootes Arrow - confirmed by the 'C' pillar vertical air vent and three slots.

 Fine by me if Arrow - probably a poverty Minx with fixed quarterlights and no side trim. The angular mirror shape also matches late 60s Arrow.
