It even went to some bus-related convention events such as this one from the 2022 Busworld Southeast Asia. There's even a restoration process posts (including photos of how it was originally look like before the restoration) at Facebook, posted by that bus company whose owned this. According to the YouTube info (it's a three-parter of that said route from there), it is a D-500, which only entered here around 1969. The info also mentions this as a 1963 but not sure that's correct, knowing I'm no expert on these. Haven't seen @Steave for a while, since he did provided everything about these on their existence in here during its era. Masiza (from YouTube) wrote Even though I got the information suddenly, in order to try it out, Mbah had to be willing to leave in a hurry to Bekasi, and finally was able to take the legendary PO Sumber Alam's Dodge D500 bus. This bus was released in 1963, but only entered Indonesia around 1969. It was successful in Jakarta as a city bus fleet until 1980, before being replaced one by one.
