 At launch (MY 1989) all the trim levels, including top of range TXE, came with black bumper with silver insert (absent only on entry-level T* models). First 19 with painted bumpers was the 16S/16V in 1990. GT* models (the one in this pic) and the TXE received them in Oct 90
