 Why Talbot and not Chrysler Simca? It had the Chrysler-badge in the grille, not the Talbot-"T"

 I'd say Ingo is right. 1978-1979 it was Chrysler-Simca Horizon, 1980+ Talbot Horizon.

 But in internet you can see some with the Chrysler badge but with Talbot spelled out on the bonnet, then?

 Between July 1979 and July 1980 (so model year 1980) the Horizon was sold as Talbot, but still with the Chrysler pentagon on it... The license plate (xxxx PL 89) dates from 1979 so it still can be either of the makes. Only difference was the name Chrysler or Talbot written on top of the hood. Therefore I'd list it as Simca Horizon (like /vehicles_make-Simca_model-Horizon.html ) untill we can clearly read Talbot...

 C'est vra antp!!! Pauvre Horizon!!! Une voiture qui n'est pas si laide que ça et voilà ce que les producteurs de la série en ont fait de cette tire!!! Quel gâchis!!! Et en +, le gars qui était au volant de cette dernière est mort sur le coup!!! Pauvre type! (PS: il avait bu une verre de vin ou de whisky avant de se lancer à la poursuite de ces mauvais gars dans le fourgon bleu)
