stronghold ◊ 2008-11-04 11:27	Commer in front of the scooter (thames behind it) + close on right? I have a vague memory from childhood these milk floats are electric but are not driven but partly pulled/steered by hand? is this right? or am I cracking up.!
greybear ◊ 2008-11-04 11:39	No, you're not cracking up but rather you are displaying excellent recall! The front axle steered by means of a tiller bar held by the operator. The tiller had a lever grip throttle which controlled the electric motor. Is this one in the red and white livery of United Dairies? -- Last edit: 2008-11-04 11:42:33
