1964+ Vauxhall Victor [FC]? |

If it is a Victor (and I'm not 100% it is because I cannot understand the grille and headlights) its an [FB]. The Victor 101 [FC] had very curved/flush side windows. -- Last edit: 2008-11-11 13:52:35 |

Yes, [FB] seems to be the newer Victor 101; incorrect info in my book... There the 1964 face-lifted version of the [FB] was called [FC]. This facelift had the moulding next to the headlights, and still the heavy moulding near the taillights. But the pic is quite blurred, and I'm not sure. |

Yes... The moulding by the tailights and the general body shape says its a Victor FB but the front is so dark and without detail I cannot see if its before or after the facelift. |

I 'm not convinced with this one as a Vauxhall Victor whatever the version FB or FC, isn't the rear wing too sharp for a Velox? circumflex shape of the body near the grill doesn't match so well with it neither something else ? (US ?) |

There are quite a few details, other than those already mentioned, that confirm for me this is a Victor [FB]... Windscreen shape and wiper spindle positions. Pronounced bulge at the sill line. Central rib in the bonnet and central divider in the grille. Front and rear bumper shape (unlikely in a US car). Agreed that its too dark and unclear as an image but I am 80% convinced. |
