If I remember it correctly this does not appear to be an 'SRi'. These style of wheel covers (on steel wheels) were fitted to the GL and GLi (at this time the injection engine was only started to be used so many were still the carb versions). I had one of the first GLi models. Also I believe it was common for the SR/SRi bumper and side strips to have red inserts rather than the silver ones used on the rest of the range.
