 I'm a bit cautious with these AH5 or AH53 codes, because back then, if the letters referred to the engine used, the numbers denoted the transmission. AH5 meant a manual gearbox, but automatics had AH3. Just like for the CRX of the same vintage, as explained here : /vehicle.php?id=708857

If we have no clue about the transmission of this car, I'd rather stay with an AH code.
