Isn't it called "1600 Spider" usually? And another one was listed as "Spider 2.0": /vehicle_15947-Alfa-Romeo-Spider-20-1985.html rather than Spider 2000 (or 2000 Spider?) -- Last edit: 2006-02-05 00:04:07 |

I was only going by what was written on the back of the car.! (it says 1.6!) ![]() |

Yes that's what I guessed, but I was hoping that an Alfa specialist could help us for these cars ![]() |

Alfa Romeo Spider Series 3 (1982-86) The features that determine when it was built during it's 26 years in production are... "Aero" body (Aerodynamica), early "Duck Tail" rear spoiler on Kamm tail, front spoiler added, Twin Pod Instrument Panel (visible in another photo in conjunction with Fiat model). Although I guess it's more commonly known as "1600 Spider", it is equally correct to call them 1.6 or 1600(cc), the badging style depending what is in vogue at the time. |
