It featured Sgt. Loren Caddy of Multnomah County S/O. The saddest part of it is that if the man's wife had simply buckled up, she would most likely have survived the collision. A disclaimer at the conclusion of the segment states that the hubsband allowed the segment to be shown in its entirety without editing in an effort to encourage seatbelt usage. In addition to the victim perishing, she had a very nice 1982-83 Celica that got destroyed
