 [FB] Either a facelifted Victor from 1964 or possibly a Vauxhall VX 4/90 with what appears to be the distinctive VX 4/90 side-flash and the grille could have the central bar, but I'm not certain.

 An enlarged picture and a different computer screen, shows it is the VX 4/90 by the grille.
