Possibly a 1964+ Hillman Super Minx, after the wrap around rear window was replaced by the flatter one? |

I think it was also sold here as a Humber 90. |

This is a supper minx not a humber 90 The humber 90 was only sold in south africa and new zeland and the 90 never had a flat back window. |

Whatever it is, the built in and made for Australia tags should surely be removed. Once Were Warriors is a New Zealand film. |

The Humber 80 and 90 were marketed by Rootes dealers in Both New Zealand and South Africa so Dealers could sell a cheaper Humber Model the 90 yes was Hillman Super Minx based while 80 was Minx based Pre Arrow bodyshell the idea of the Humber 80 began with Hillman Minx from 1949 and initially the cars were British Assembled for the NZ Market - Down my street here in Upper Hutt In Wellington Region NEw Zealand is such a model a pristine early 1950s car well maintained from new its 1st owner was mechanic and 2nd a retired mechanic |
