I think that's way off. Looks more like a Lincoln, roughly 1930. |

If this is for the Chev in the background it is a 1938. Note the tread on the Lincoln's front tyres. |

It is a Model L Lincoln but could be anywhere between 1928 and 1930. |

In my opinion it is a 1930 Lincoln Model L Series 168 Standard Sedan .It appears to have the shorter, somewhat flatter fenders and the smaller wheel size ( 20 X 7 instead of 32 X 6.75) introduced in late 1929. |
