..What always puzzled me is why in America, especially during the late 60's and 70's ..is the use of those station wagon style ambulances ... where the doctor/nurse has to virtually crawl in beside the patient ...what were they thinking when they designed them.? ...and why so long before they changed and got proper ambulances.? (as above.!) |

I know!!! I can't figure out the station-wagon ambulances either. I mean, why? I guess if they were just transporting a patient from point A to B, and didn't have to mess around with them on the journey they would work, but still. |
