Cadillac "Series 75" [many models available in the series), from the era 1946-1949. The large 7-pass. sedan and limousine body styles remained unchanged from 1941-1949, except that from 1946 through 1949, a broad chrome sill molding was added, as seen in the photo. Only a close-uo of the front and rear clips would allow more precise year identification. Call it a "Cadillac Series 75 from 1946-1949". Behind it is that "Series 60 Special" sedan seen also in the still shot with the 1941-42 commercial car. Again hard to determine the year without a look at the front clip, but definitely 1950-1953. And in the foreground again (right), the 1948 Cadillac "Series 62" convertible coupe. |

A closer look at the wheel covers on the 1950-1953 "Series 60 Special" [in the smaller illustration} show them to be from 1956. So they are wrong for this Cadillac model and possibly wrong also for the year in which the action is supposed to be taking place. |
