 I am not aware that Belgium ever assembled the 1996 Vectra. Antwept, Belgium together with Bochum, Germany and Ellesmere Port, UK made the 1992 and 1999 Astras (T-Car).

I understood the GM-Europe assembly plants for the J-2900 Vectra was Rűsselesheim, Germany and Luton, UK?
