 Vest-Busscar Contrast (or Center) - is the make and model of the body (made in Norway). The Volvo can be a B12 I guess.

 Its Vest Center (low floor) and this operator Nettbuss usualy have those on Volvo B7RLE or Volvo B12BLE I have to see the rear to see what it is, but mabe some one else can spot it.
