It is an International (the overhead cam model) and is probably pre WW2. Perhaps someone in UK can tell us something from the registration plate.

Nothing on the DVLA for KX 3016

The registration is XX3016 I believe (London rather than Buckinghamshire) and its not surprising its not found on the listings generated on the DVLA from the 1970s.

This registration series dates from about the early 1930s I believe, unless anyone has any better estimate?

Norton Model 19, 600cc, 1929
It's definitely not a Norton International (Model 30). Nor is it a CS1 (Camshaft Senior Model 1). I do not see a bevel driveshaft to the overhead cam. It has a magneto drive to the front and exhaust on the left, so that rules out the ES2, CS1 and Inter. It is clearly a tall ohv engine, so it can only be a Model 19. I think it was built in 1929.

XX 1234 series completed before 1929 (or never used). KX 3016 was issued in 1929.
