 Electra had more chrome at the rocker panel, so Invicta or LeSabre?

 It is not a 1960 but a 1959 Buick ( with the Delta wings) Invicta 4-door sedan ( model 4619).It appears to have the Invicta's small rocker panel ( Electras had larger onesand LeSabre none
