According to Wikipedia these were actually considered a station wagon and called "wagonback" by Geo. These were rarer than the fastback style hatchback. They were made 1991-1992. -- Last edit: 2009-12-29 00:18:46 |

while Wikipedia says they were also called "Wagonback" it does not say anything about Geo calling them that. The enthusiast do however refer to them as wagonbacks. I have every Geo brochure from the era that the Storms were sold and there were only 3 models and 2 bodystyles: Geo Storm 2+2 Coupe Geo Storm GSi 2+2 Coupe Geo Storm Hatchback (as seen here) |

Well technically what Geo called a "Coupe" is also a hatchback. So techincally there are two hatchbacks. Oh well, whatever. |

Indeed jettalover, Geo even called the Metro a Hatchback Coupe (3dr) or Hatchback Sedan (5dr) |
