Similar to 1968 Ford Zephyr V4 Mk IV. |

Since this is from one of the "La batalla de Chile" films, it might already have been identified. |

Same car and photo as /vehicle_265679-Ford-Zephyr-4-1966.html but looks to me much too small for a Ford Mk4 Z-car. Is a Ford Corcel possible? |

IMPOSSIBLE. No way the Corcel in the 60's. |

I've no real idea what the various Corcels looked like apart from being based on a Renault 12 so about the right size for here. But caption across this photo reads "La bataille du Chili - 1974/79" so the date does not exclude anything from the 1970s. |

Well, wipers parking position suggests RHD (!) Zephyr. Or indeed absolutely different car... |

I don't know, but the Corcel not ever sold in Chile or not popular. And yes, the Renault 12. I understand dsl, but not is a Corcel. |

Could be the British embassy car. |

Solved at last - /vehicle_332838-GAZ-24-Volga.html if one of these is possible for the location. Definitely not a Zephyr as no bonnet vent, and Volga grille bulges in a way which would catch the light. Other details also pretty close in the fuzziness -lights housing, level window base. |

This clip doesn't help much because poor quality but there's part of side-tail visible (at 0:50) without characteristic GAZ-24 wraparound rear bumper. Which is excluding Zephyr also. We can start vith card blanche. Something American origin more likely. |

I think the photo shows September 1970 Allende inauguration however it's security car. |

With no doubt at 1:15 the speaker tells date of this event. The lonely chance is to find another photos. |
