Il s'agit d'une Celica-Supra, c'est à dire le 1er modéle de Supra (MKI. C'est en fait une base de Celica TA60 avec un 6 cylindres, un avant different et plus long ! |

Until 1986 supra was a top version with high power engine of the celica. After 1986 it became a separate modell (with the MA70) Just one mistake : the car is indeed based on a TA60, has a 2.8 six cillinder, but it is a celica supra MKII. Yep, definitely a Celica Supra 2.8, I wish I still had my old one  The wheelbase was about 4 inches longer than on the normal Celica purely to accommodate the longer engine. That, and the Lotus-derived suspension, meant it could corner a heck of a lot faster. |

 Afaik wheelbase was exactly same .Celica Supra extra length was due to its bumpers. |

1984. The front turn signals wrap around to the sides, so '84 is the oldest it could be, and I can't see that it has the '85-'86 dual level spoiler. |
