Non-North American filming locations are Italy and the UK - I think it's one of those due to the license plate frame of the car on the right. (between the red coupe with the landau iron and the blue one with the rust spot on the roof) |

UK, maybe? Blue car looks like a Holden and Aussie cars were exported to the UK for a few years. |
