I think it's the cheapest 1960+ Ariane (one tone colour, any side strips and looks like "l'Ariane" fender badge). Repaired after little accident (hit in back) with some rich-Vedette bumper, I suppose. By the way, I found nice commercial with self driving (!) According to 'Rétroviseur' #169 (dossier Simca Ariane) the 'Simca' writing on the trunk came for model year 1961 for Ariane Miramas. The writing on the rear fender looks like 'Ariane4'. For me it is rather an SL version, I think I see a side strip and chromed C-pillar with SL badge. The overriders are different from the Vedette bumper - those had incorporated reflectors. These look like aftermarket items (by Sacred?). |

Au second plan on remarque une 404 Diesel de la Compagnie G7 haut rouge,bas noir.Après les Peugeot 404 la Compagnie G7 abandonnera cette livrée pour prendre des voitures à couleur standard (ce qui sera difficile de discerner les voitures de la G7 pour une personne non spécialiste des taxis). |
