No, it's regular trolley-truck (trolleybus-gruzovik). .gif ":)") 1964 SVARZ TG-3M - http://dedushkin1.livejournal.com/281783.html and http://www.mccme.ru/~kondr/museum/museum05.html (but this is TG-3 with older engine). In 1961-1970 SVARZ produced 400 trolley-trucks in few variants. |
