The name on the fairing (Mathers?) looks English, so this might be a secondhand lorry from the UK that was converted to LHD (I've read that used trucks are cheaper here than in continental Europe, so it does happen). And some UK operators who drive regularly to continental destinations buy LHD lorries, which makes sense if most of the driving will be done on the continent. P.S. Might be V. G. Mathers of Aberdeen.
