I would guess this might be a Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud or the Bentley equivalent going by the shape/size of the fender. |

Daimler hearse coachbuilt/conversion - funeral car! An example...there are probably a number of different coachbuiders that use the same Daimler chassis.
