Morris Cowley 'Bullnose' ? |

This view makes it impossible to tell if the car is a Cowley or an Oxford. The difference is an extra 6" in the wheelbase and 254 cc in the engine capacity. It is certainly a Bullnose Morris. |

I would say it's a Cowley. The Oxford has a four-spoke steering wheel, and the spare wheel is at the back to allow for the driver's door. It's later than 1923, too. The Wilmot Calometer seen here was introduced for the 1926 model year, replacing the earlier Boyce Motometer. |
