Because this is a convertible it will be something other than a Silver Shadow. |

Do you mean Corniche? This name came in 1971: http://www.rrsilvershadow.com/EMod/Corniche%20conv%201971.htm This white beauty has late 1968+ sidemarkers and pre-1971 wheelcovers. 1966-1971 RR convertibles (made by Mulliner Park Ward) had name "Silver Shadow" always: http://www.rrsilvershadow.com/EMod/Silver%20Shadow%20MPW%20conv.htm I'm not sure she is made by Mullier or Park Ward. ![]() -- Last edit: 2012-06-06 13:33:18 |

The car is unquestionably a Silver Shadow drophead coupe by HJ Mulliner - Park Ward. The wheel covers give the game away, as do the smaller side marker lights which in the US were used only on 1968 and 1969 model year cars. They switched to larger marker lights in 1970, and these were carried through to the Corniche in 1971. Porcelain White with Black Connolly Vaumol hide and Black finelining to coachwork and wheel covers. |
