 As it's a Toyota calendar, it's probably a works Toyota WRC rally car. Marlboro livery? Strange German red number plate (as the team was based in Germany)?

It's not german, it's a finnish temporary plate. The photo was taken during the 1000 Lakes Rally in 1983. Car number 12 was driven by Juha Kankkunen.
