Rear dent in footstep for jack confirm large Mercedes indeed. However 320 Cabriolet A has much sporty design. And she's 2-door only. Cabriolet B (2-door, 4-light) or D (4-door, 4-light) should have split windshield. I'd say 1937 (grill without horizontal bar for auxillary lights) Mercedes-Benz 290 Lang Cabriolet D [W18].
