This is, I think, a Series II, 1952-4 (old grille). I think the registration is from 1952/3. |

Before the bonnet handle with (round 'M') badge so before Series II, so I think series [MM]. Needs further confirmation. |

You could well be right, Sunbar, but going by the registration it must be one of the last [MM]s. (At this time British registrations in films were usually genuine.) |

The painted grille (not plated) was from March 1951 and Tourer sidescreens of fixed type were fitted from June 1951. Minor Tourer was still fitted with Morris 8 engine until end of February 1953, when last Series MM Minor built after which I think the bonnet handle was introduced. |
